The Origin Medicines thrives on mutually fair and reasonable exchange for loving services and quality goods. The Origin Medicines is available for you for guidance, intuitive depth counsel and truly instinctive, intuitive and intelligent healing support. In all ways this is priceless, in all dimensions it is "The Beauty Way".

In the present world, (we are not a commercial - primary for profit business) and money is a desired and required commerce platform. This page has been established due to the present world "stuff" around money. All of this present world "stuff" doesn't change the truth that we are always open and we want you to feel free to open up to us and talk with us about what you desire and/or require for your counsel and healing support.

Payments

Counsel and Healing Support  sessions require a 50% *PIA non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the session. Gratuity will always be welcomed at the time the session is completed. Cash for gratuity is most appreciated.

Goods and Products require payment in full at the time the order is placed. If the order requires mailing, shipping/handling additional fee will the set (at cost without profit to The Origin Medicines) and it is the responsibility of the one purchasing the goods and products to pay this fee.

The Origin Medicines takes payment by way of the very secured Square Reader system and from bank to bank "Quick Pay".

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our sessions, services, goods and products that The Origin Medicines (including A Violet Fig) provides we do not give refunds. We may hold credits for sessions and services (on a situation by situation bases at our discretion) for up to one calendar year. We will see to it that all goods and products are always and in all ways of the highest quality before they are released.

Phone Sessions

It is the responsibility of the client to contact The Origin Medicines at the designated time of the session. Please note that we are in Arizona and Arizona doesn't adhere to Daylight Savings Time. Fall back, we are with MST. Spring forward, we are with PST.

As of 09.11.20.16 we are now working easily with Skype.

Rescheduling of Sessions

We are very flexible about this whenever possible. When we are called in advance of the set session and there is a valid reason for the rescheduling we will do our best to reschedule sessions in a timely manner. We are highly intuitive and instinctive, it is why our loving service is as sought after and valued as it is. We know that life is what happens when you are missing your session with us.

Spontaneous "In The Moment" Sessions

More often than not, this is easily handled.  Call as soon as possible and if there is a way, (if it is meant to be) we will establish a time that is right for you. Please note that in person, one with one sessions are meaningful and special, as there is always a broad smile and hug to seal them. Phone sessions have their own good and unique ways. The client gets to be in their own world and just ease into the progress that they've made.

Running Late

Late is late and there is no way around it. Should a client run late for a session The Origin Medicines will determine on a session to schedule basis if we have time to accommodate the delay. If we can we will allow for this. It we cannot the time that was lost will be at the clients cost.

No Contact - No Cancellation

No reschedule, no credit for deposit for another session. If we set up and wait, we respect that our time and efforts are valuable.


In addition ~ The Origin Medicines, A Violet Fig, Sohanna Laurel Lyons does reserve the right to refuse counsel, sessions, services and products to anyone.

This section for "transactions - reciprocity" was established on the New Moon of June, 4th, 2016. This section and its details override and supersede all previously posted policies. The Origin Medicines has provided loving services for over two decades without such detailed measures and the times are  changing. The Origin Medicines (including A Violet Fig) is changing, growing and progressing.

The overall reason for this is relevant to this "strange and wonderful" little tourist town. We've set up for many sessions paid in advance or not and people get distracted so easily here. Between sight seeing, hunger and hydration needs, time share meetings lasting forever, jeep tours and balloon excursions going long, folks deciding on a massage and showing up late or not at all, weather, cell phones not working .. .. .. on and on we've heard it all (therefore this policy page).
